They work great and have the same sound and sensitivity on my Sharp
MD as the pair I got from Sound Professionals. My next experiment
will be to try them on 50' extension cables--I'm going to try Rich
Peet's surround technique with quasi-binaural for the fronts and a
wide spaced pair for the rears.

Of course there is, that's what the plug-in-power is for, to bias the
impedance translator FET.
