Does anyone know of some web resources on legal issues surrounding audio recording? Specifically accidentally or intentially recording human conversations seems to be a sensitive issue. In my experience people (OK, western culture people) seem to be more uptight about audio gear than they do about photography. Are their US federal laws about this or is it just state by state? I know there is a federal wiretap law, but as I understand it that only applies to law enforcement. -Jesse ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
