Mine has done this only once and that not out in the field, and that
time I hit a bunch of buttons without waiting, changing my mind. My
impression at the time was I'd overrun it's instruction buffer with the
multiple keystrokes. That was late last summer, and it's not done it since.
However, Marty has had this problem with his a fair amount. I know
he's not sent his in, though he did replace the ROM at one point.
If you are not doing so, try pacing the button presses, if that get's
around it we might have found a handle on the problem.
If sent in do it to HHb's regular repair.
