So why not get out, do some birdwatching and submit your observations to the Bird Blitz. The forecast has improved considerably over the past couple of days, so just avoid the odd thunderstorm and enjoy the spring weather.

Take care on the roads/tracks and if the conditions are dubious be prepared to not do what you said you’d do.

If you’re wanting to pick up a site that hasn’t been adopted, check the Blitz-sites-adopted-2021a.pdf (canberrabirds.org.au)

I look forward to hearing about the variety of birds out there in the ACT.
