Thank you all for your comments, both on the chatline and privately.
I guess for me i can recall when i first started birding the chatline was very helpful for me. I got my first Little Bittern, Australasian Bittern and Painted Snipe to name a few, all thanks to the reporting on the chatline. I guess i just miss those days.
