Thanks to those who advised re. the painted snipe dock. The photos. of dock, snipe, logs etc. ensured that I can't miss the dock. I may miss the snipe!!!I now have "new ears" that are amazing; my local bush is "alive with the sound of music". Shall have to learn what it all means.
