And I encountered flocks of them, high above both Kambah Pool and Angle Crossing on Sunday. But both observations were way too high and against a dull sky, to be truly certain of what species (or mix thereof) they were, let alone anything beyond the wildest guess as to the quantity of them.
 
So Barbara, how do you want that recorded? To go by "if in doubt leave it out" would fail to include what was clearly there, the other option is to make a guess at both questions.

There is surely more than one mixed flock of woodswallows out there.
There was of order 100 in NW Belconnen spread over 4 or 5 hectare both Saturday and Sunday.
