I will stick to my threat to put a graph of A values, and F values in my next Gang-gang article.  However I thought members might be interested  in early notice of the outcome of taking a quick squizz at the data the number of Grey Butcherbirds recorded for the last 3 years of the GBS:  Year 25 -71; Year 26 - 150; Year 27- 340.  The comments over the past few days lead me to suspect the pattern may well continue for year 28.

I've had one in my area for last couple of weeks, but have never recorded
one previously. yesterday it had been joined by another, and the two were
engaged in a noisy altercation with a pied currawong.  there are also a
lot more king parrots around than usual - at times up to six in my garden.
