You should have gone to Cape
York this year as we saw at least 6 Red Goshawks!!! We weren’t
really in good habitat for the other two species you mention……………

The most annoying bird call of the year.............
Um that is easy. Let's start with Grey Falcon, maybe throw
in Red Goshawk, Gouldian Finch. That is probably enough for now.
Why annoying? Another year gone past without encountering
them.
Didn't have a favourite bird call of the year but my last
year's favourite was the White-fronted Honeyeater, with its clock-like clicking
call. That one little bird and its steady presence here (every day for nine
weeks) gave such a lot of fun to my year.
