There
were a pair of Galahs feeding on the pods of a Cootamundra wattle by the bike
path thru Spaghetti Junction (Glenloch Int) yesterday arvo. Quite funny
watching them flip flopping about nearly stopped but didn't wanna loose momentum
at the bottom of a big hill!
On
another issue the Mynas eggs hatched a week or two ago (cant get to
the hollow as its in the middle of a massive banskia rose around the applebox
and they wont go into the trap while breeding) and the parents will not leave my
Staffie alone. Even when he is stretched out asleep on the grass (wont
call it a lawn) they still swoop him! All day long too - repeatedly to the
point where it is driving my girlfriend and housemate nuts
lol.
Hi Denis,
Thank you for that info, much
appreciated.
Regards
Peter
