Over the past few weeks I've shooed crimson rosellas off the too-large
wisteria around my balcony. But not enough, because they have eaten most of
the flower & leaf buds, with only some left that are harder to get at.
I then thought to spray the wisteria with the quassia chip & soap solution I
had prepared to spray on vegatables to repel the possum (it's been around
for years, but only this winter has taken to the vegetables - but has not
touched them since I sprayed with the quassia solution a few weeks ago).
However, the crimson rosellas do not seem to worry about the quassia.
Any other suggestions? Old cassette tapes (the tape, not the cassette) as
buzzing line? - for next year, if not this year.
Barbara
