I would only go as far as a light morph Little
Eagle. Most of that is based on the shape (and pale or reddish body). On that
level it is simple. However it is unusual looking in that photo. The wing lining
(as in middle of the wing) which is normally pale, is unusually dark, whereas
the secondaries, which normally show as a dark triangle (or a rhombus
if my geometry memory is holding up) is unusually pale.
