Good question Shaun, but it will need a VERY 'longer-time' person to
answer it I think. I've been going there for over 25 years and while
I've seen it empty of course, I don't ever recall the current dense weed
growth. (On the other hand, as I say, it's over 25 years and my memory
may not be what it was. I can't be sure of that though...)
