Just to soothe Ian's nerves, I had better let him know I was the school's
fighting champion by at least half a mile. I also carry the obligatory white
flag with me wherever I go.
Methinks Geoffrey appears to be taking on the role of a COG version of that
well known American entrepreneur (not sure if that is how George Dubbya
spells it) Don King although the hair is lacking something!

Let me just comment that several tables (including GD's very own 'brave
little team') scored 9/13 for the music, suggesting that people leading
a normal life are not prevalent among us. That may not be too surprising
though...
As for Geoffrey's fear of an impending 'quiz arms race' twixt Mark and
myself, I can assure him that I don't have a sufficiently competitive
streak (or, currently, the energy!) to embark on such escalation.
