One in Hackett late last week, and possibly the same bird in O’Connor on Saturday morning.  Also another male being pursued by a currawong in Chapman also on the Saturday.  Forms in for all these sightings.

 

Also, are Long-billed Corellas still on COG’s list of unusual birds?  Single very obliging individual in Narrabundah on 26th Nov.

Aha, so that’s where he got to (probably). Called in Page on and off from 3.48am-7:30am. Any later hearings/sightings? b

Male Koel spotted high in the gums and calling at about 9:00am at the northern end of Lake Ginniderra, near the main

peninsula picnic area, heard for approx 30 mins
