Hi Bill and Simon,

I thought the "Mickey Mouse nose knob" speaks for Euro (Eastern Gray normally
has more Mazda-logo-like nostrils). Also the shaggy fur speaks for Euro... To
it still looks more like a Northern Wallaroo/Euro Macropus robustus. Would be
great, Bill, if you could tell me how you ruled it out.

It isn't a rock wallaby. They all have dark facial markings.
Just a Macropus giganteus (Eastern Grey Kangaroo) Simon. It's slight structure
probably means that it is a female I think.
Proserpine RW is rare and confined to the area around the Clarke Range and not
found on any of the off shore islands as far as I know. Unadorned are always on
rocky outcrops and hillsides. By the way, the Unadorned is rteally easy to see
at the water tower on the edge of Charters Towers (for anyone passing through
that way...never missed them there)
