Hi Kim,
Only one company at the moment I think - Seastar, at least with a permit to
land on the beach. I went out with them a week or so ago, smallish boat. I
explained my motivation and they were great, they dropped me on the beach with
their tender while they took everyone else glass bottom boating/ snorkling,
then picked up my camera gear while I snorkelled back to the boat. Afternoon
snorkeling at Hastings Reef was also great. Bridled terns and Crested Terns
nesting, lots of noddies and Brown Boobies, a red footed and a ? Greater
Frigatebird. Was great
Not cheap $230 for the day but they were very helpful and I got my
birding/snorkelling intensive in the brief time I had available
Cheers
