Same people that published the 16 volume "Handbook of Birds of the World" (requires very big hands!)

That was a very good (and expensive!) publication so I assume this uses the same illustrations - there was lots of text in the Handbook which I assume is not in this volume, Taxonomy comparisons also very useful
