5 seen on morning Daintree River Cruise with Ian "Sauce" Worcester.

Fri 6 Dec Zitting Cisticola Reed Beds Rd Birding Route
1 Zitting Cisticola seen well on fence line at the junction of Cromarty and Reed Beds Rd. Good views with scope. Id call. Golden-headed Cisticolas also present in same area. Long grass and grass seed. Full list on Eremaea.

Thu 5 Dec Eastern Curlew (leucistic) Lucinda
Leucistic Eastern Curlew (Numenius madagascariensis) with other Curlews, Whimbrels and Godwits amidst mangroves inside Lucinda sandspit today. Bird known in coastal area for some time but can be hard to locate. Also: 8 Terek Sandpiper, 2 Pacific Golden Plover

Wed 4 Dec Yellow Wagtail Edmonton Turf Farm (France Road)
Two Yellow Wagtail on eastern section of turf farm. Distant views only, indicated yellowish supercilium, need to be checked at closer range for Green-headed.
