Thu 10 Oct	Glossy Ibis Greenfields Wetlands, Dry Creek Glossy Ibis (2) Two birds feeding on edge of water about 500m NE of Magazine road Chris Steeles
Wed 9 Oct	Crimson Chat Bowyer's Scrub, Waldon, Owen A pair of these observed on edge of scrub by Ken Warnes about a week ago and have been observed in same area since.. very localised in their movements.. most likely nesting in Lentil crop beside scrub. Extremely unusual sighting for this private property which has keep a bird list for a long time... only third record we know of for area! Chris Steeles & Michael Warnes
	Red-backed Kingfisher, Black Honeyeater, White-winged Triller Pats Rest Native Plantation, Owen Early morning in strong northerly winds... Red-backed Kingfisher (1) In Sugargums to the east. Only second time ever seen on this property Black Honeyeater (2) At least two seen, maybe a third but unconfirmed White-winged Triller (1) One male feeding on ground in around the shrubs Chris Steeles & Michael Warnes
Tue 8 Oct	White-winged Triller, Rufous Songlark Cobbler Creek Recreation Park White-winged Triller (1) Adult male seen calling from prominent perches by Teakles ruin, frequently chased by new hollands and wattlebirds Rufous Songlark (2) Seen and heard calling along creekline by underpass of the Grove Way Rebecca Zanker

Sun 6 Oct	Crimson Chat Maize Island Lagoon Conservation Park Crimson Chat (6) At least three pairs, feeding in vegetation on dried lagoon. Photos taken. Peter Jacobs
Sun 6 Oct	Short-tailed Shearwater, Southern & Northern Royal Albatross & Pomarine Jaeger Port MacDonnell Pelagic Unusual in that we had 3-400, or perhaps more Short-tailed Shearwaters coming in directly behind boat for food. They must have been hungry, because Short-tailed Shearwaters usually only occasionally come in to burley, & then it's usually a dozen or so. It provided great photo opportunities of this species which is usually quite hard to photograph at sea. Also had 1 juvenile/immature each of Northern & Southern Royal, which both cam in close. One dark morph Pomarine Jaeger flew past midway to the shelf. 1 Cape Petrel, subspecies capense came up to boat. Also about a dozen Wilson's Storm-petrels & a few Flesh-footed Shearwaters about. Giant Petrels & prions, totally absent. Kevin Bartram, Scott Baker, Colin Rogers etc.

Sat 5 Oct	Western Yellow Robin, Pallid Cuckoo, Black-eared Cuckoo, Budgerigar, Cockatiel Lake Gilles Conservation Park 1 Western Yellow Robin, 1 Pallid Cuckoo, 1 Black-eared Cuckoo, small flock of Budgerigars, 2 Cockatiels Peter Waanders
	Letter-winged Kite Strzelecki Creek Crossing, Strzelecki Track Letter-winged Kite (9) 9 observed on south side of creek crossing resting in shade from heat of the day Richard Hall
Thu 3 Oct	Pied Honeyeater, Elegant Parrot, Rufous Treecreeper, Western Yellow Robin Gawler Ranges NP several male & female Pied Honeyeaters, several pairs of Elegant Parrot, several Western Yellow Robins including immatures, and a pair of Rufous Treecreepers feeding recently fledged young.
