Published sightings for the week ending 15 Sep 2013.

Sun 15 Sep	Curlew Sandpiper Katherine Wastewater Treatment Plant Mid afternoon visit with Pete Eve. Very hot. Populations seemed low and not much action expected, but as usual, sewerage ponds provide little surprises! Curlew Sandpiper (2) North East pond. New for site and block! Both seen with sharpies and a harassing red kneed dotterel. Also near 2 red necked stints. Pics taken! Mick Jerram
Sat 14 Sep	Chestnut Rail Buffalo Creek Two just on dusk on bank directly opposite the boat ramp. . They came out and were under the tree-line for good views for 5 minutes. Judy Leitch and Rae Clark
