First year Arctic Tern present at Newcastle Baths around 1330 today. The bird was found by Allan Richardson yesterday. The image shows the bird in the centre with comparison available to surrounding Common Terns. Apart from about 80 of the latter there were at least 2 White-fronteds, giving a rare "commic trifecta". 3 Littles and numerous Cresteds rounded out the tern tally nicely.
