Sat 17 Sep Black-tailed Godwit, Black-shouldered Kite, Latham's Snipe, Topknot Pigeon Townsville Town Common Conservation Park
Black-tailed Godwit (1) 2cnd viewpoint Black-shouldered Kite (1) dead tree just outside gate Latham's Snipe (2) elevated hide Topknot Pigeon (12) feeding in fig on causeway between freshwater and jacana hides.

Tue 13 Sep Australian Painted Snipe Mareeba -Chewko Rd

Grey Falcon (2) while I was watching Spinefexbirds on the low stony ridge just south of the Racecourse, two Grey Falcons flew low over me and circled several times 22 33'47" 143 02'48"
