140% full? I heard "nearly half full" earlier today. Apparently it can reach 
200%, so does that mean the "half full" means 50% or 100%? Either way, it's 
filling incredibly quickly. I'm not joking with all these percentages, by the 
way, even though they sound silly.

I just read it's at 175%, and that article is dated 12.05pm.
