Greetings Lyrebird listeners, Possibly doesn't matter to anyone else, but I'd be most appreciative if anyone reporting on hearing mimicry would state the date, if possible, or at last the approx. time of year. (I am of the opinion that lyrebirds rarely, if ever, go in for strange mimicry, mechanical or otherwise, in their (winter) breeding season song.)
