Hi Fiona,

I believe their fundraising target is considerably higher than just the
purchase price, as they need to make sure they can also run Bowra as a
sanctuary once they have purchased it.  AWC are quite good at this kind of
thing and I definitely trust they will do a great job with Bowra.
