I am fairly sure that the status of the Red-rumped Parrot in the Sydney area
was discussed on this list at some length a couple of years back. A check
of the archives would provide anyone who was interested with the details. I
recorded them as a teenager in the late 1960s at Woolooware, near Cronulla,
and I have seen them there in recent years.
