Neck-banded Black Swan, Altona, Vic

Mike, I was advised to email such sightings to 
David Drynan of ABBBS responded and said he'd send me a report.  I
recall your report, and saw this bird soon after that - I hadn't seen
neck bands before, in fact this is my first report of any kind of band.
