G'day Mike et al. There is a photo of a neck-banded Swan at: http://flickr.com/photos/mrdehoot/2253785405/ It looks like a tight fit to me. The Melbourne Uni study study that Martin referred us to only talks about leg bands. I couldn't find any other Google hits except that neck bands seem to be used in goose studies overseas.
