Greg et al, I have sent a message to associate who is working on program in Aust. to get young people involved in birding re possibility of recycling and using old binocs. Will post a notice if we come up with anything... I am sure there would be many valid recipients here and overseas... of course you must be happy with end point for them. Maybe another consideration must be - what does the user do with them - the next time they need attention.
