While I agree with Warren that the Canada Geese are most likely not covered by the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Act and therefore are not the responsibility of the National Parks & Wildlife Service (Department of Environment and Climate Change DECC) it would still be worthwhile to inform the local office and seek their support. The Common Myna is not covered by the NPW Act either but the DECC is lending support to measures to cull this species as it poses a threat to species that are covered by the Act. It is best to nip in the bud this 'invasion' before we have a situation that will require Canada Geese being listed as a Key Threatening Process, which does make it DECC business, but by that time it will be too late and the horse will have bolted.
