Dear Tim, I know there is a good boardwalk in the Ryde area of Sydney which goes through mangroves. I think it's the Field of Mars reserve - I'm sure you could find information about it. The local council is Willoughby-Lane Cove. No bird hides but nicely constructed. Good luck. cheers, Arwen .........................................
