I don't understand all this stuff.  Is this a bureaucratic mix up? Where
is it that Regents are listed as "vulnerable"?  Is that the correct
listing?  Should the Act be changed to include "vulnerable"?

Is this also a mistake?  Should the Eastern Race be listed?

If these things are indeed mistakes then unless they're fixed, the next
time this happens they'll get off lightly again.  Is it automatic that
when this kind of thing is discovered someone starts fixing it? Or do we
have to lobby to get them fixed?

If the latter, then, um, who do we lobby?  And should we be going
through the whole list, wherever that list might be, and making sure all
the other species are listed correctly?
