Hi all, I received two texts from a friend, Graham Etherington, to say he found Pectoral Sandpipers in two separate spots in western NSW today. Graham asked me to put these reports on birding-aus. The first bird he found this morning at Fiveborough Swamp, Leeton. This Pec was often feeding by itself on the largest marsh behind the hide. Then later this afternoon he found another Pec at Nielson's Lane Wildlife Refuge, Lake Cargelligo. I have no more details on this bird at present.
