The following that I received from Walter Boles should be of interest re. the 
discussion on the Collared Sparrowhawk's specific name:

"Alas, Christidis and Boles simply screwed up when they used the name with an 
'h'.  It is certainly the plan to use the correct spelling in the upcoming 
revised list.
