As I pointed out on the Web Site, the bird was photogrpahed at Bowra Station SWQ (This is 30 km north of Cunnammula and 800km or so in from the coast).. A Cicadabird would be very unusual there, surely? I think these studies are showing how incredibly inaccurate filed guides are on small(?) details like rump color.
