The Australian Ravens did the same thing at my house in Canberra in the late 1980s. Sometimes they would also knock the bottle over. I used to get milk delivered 3 times a week. This became such a bother that I cancelled the delivery. The difference was that milk was delivered in the late afternoon. Eventually the service stopped when the milk board had trouble with its bottle washing machines. Philip |
