Was this agression? or was it l'amour? I've not met this species, but certainly all the (feral) doves around here have only one thing on their mind at the moment, especially the males. Sounds like you passed a chap who'd had a frustrating day with (or is that without) the lady doves and was desperately seeking anything that was moving. Luckily for him that was you (or your hat - is it brown?) - not a feral cat, or a marsupio-carnivore. The outcome may have been a bit different. Let's hope the poor chap has a better wooing day today!! wendy |
