I'm thinking escapee, in which case Alexandrine Parakeet , or Rose-ringed
Parakeet both of which fit the bill of being larger ,longer tailed, and pale
green (light green, rather than pale).
   Or it could have flown in from India and Russell is trying to do for the
Geelong economy what the GHL has done for Burren Junction?Wouldn't it be
easier to just drive to BJ and tick the critter Russell ?
