The following sighting has just been reported.
Area: SA
Date: Sunday, 2 April, 2006
Observer: Andrew Plimer
Location: Pinkawillinie Con. Park
Central Eyre Pen. (SA)
Observation:
Male and Female Scarlet-chested Parrot. Good views of female and a
fleeting glimpse of male. I have seen females and one juvenille at this
same site in December '05 and January '06, as well as a Grey Falcon in
December '05.
Other birds in the area are Blue-breasted Fairy-wren, Shy Heathwren,
Chestnut Quail-thrush and a variety of Honeyeaters.
