I suspect the number of birds killed by collisions with wind generators
is considerably less than the number of birds that are killed in
collisions with buildings, towers, bridges and other structures.

The birds do not hit the wind turbine, the birds are hit by the moving
blades when flying past. At Norway's largest wind park 11 White-tailed
Eagle
have so far meet their fate, and that is only birds that have been
