Well, I got a Garmin for work, and its really good. The first day I had it, there was a problem. I took it back and the manager came out, and without a lot of questioning, just got a new one on the shelf and said, we'll replace it with a new one. He then gave it a good workout to make sure everything was working. No problem. Maybe you got the Magellan guy on a bad day Stuart.
