My initial impression was that the tail projection beyond the folded wings is too long for a Brown Falcon.  Unfortunately it's not a great image for seeing various features - eg. the legs look too short for Brown Falcon too, but a bit hard to be sure.  The jizz doesn't scream Brown Falcon to me - Aus Hobby a distinct possibility.
