I did just the Sunday been at Lake McLarty near the Harvey Estuary in W.A.

 

I'd actually gone off to relieve myself and as I was finishing off thought I was being swooped by a magpie but it was 3 tawnies fluttering away.  The two adults flew further but the juvenille stayed nearby.  I was able to lead the group back to view the juvenille before it too flew away.

 

This was about 10am.
