Hi ozbirders, I just picked up my permit and key from MW today and wanting to go over the weekend. Seems like a fairly large and sparse area, anyone recommend some locations for a first timer? There are a few things I may be interested in seeing include, brolga, magpie geese, banded lapwing, any overwintering waders (apart from rednecked stints), double-banded plovers, or maybe owls or black falcon.
