Thanks Dick,

I believe this was definitely a lutino Galah, although I haven't checked the 
website suggested by Claire Stevenson yet.  Probably some question about 
whether it is an aviary escapee or a wild bird - it looked very 'comfortable' 
in the group, not that that means anything.  I believe, from responses to my 
email that they are not unusual in aviaries.
