In the cases of pastoral leases, ~40% of Australia, the land has not been
leased, grazing rights have been leased and leasees may be prohibited
from conducting other activities on the land.
I know laws regarding access to pastoral leases differ from state to
state but they are certainly different to those for freehold land.
I think we should have reasonable access to (most of) pastoral leases
for activities such as bird watching which do not intefere with pastoral
activities.
