Some news for the list.
The following taxa were today formally added to the list (gazetted) of
flora and fauna which are threatened under the Flora and Fauna Guarantee
(FFG) Act. The 'gazettals' appear in todays edition of the Victorian
Government Gazette (No. G40, p. 2571-2572)(

Both these items have short Final Recommendation Reports which show how the
nominations for them met the criteria for listing under the FFG Regulations
2001. I can send pdf files of these reports or hard copy in the mail if
required. Please contact me directly if interested.
As required under the FFG Act, Action Statements ('management plans') must
now be compiled for these species.
