Richard,

I have not birded all over Australia and have never been to Werribee but am convinced of its special value.

My list would be:-

Atherton Tableland with Cairns, Mossman and the reef as add ons
Broome and surrounds
Werribee
a seabird site
one of the three southern east coast sites you mentioned ( The Hawkesbury region ,The Lockyer Valley & The Capertee Valley )
