Please all,

Russell Woodford is the list "owner". Please realise what a
great job he and Andrew Taylor do for us. If there is
anything which cannot be resolved by writing to the author
of an email, contact Russell.

And yes, please learn how to operate filters and browse the
subject matter and author of emails before opening them. And
teach others ...

PS There have been lots of unusual waterbirds around
Melbourne for a year and more (great breeding inland
followed by drought). So why have Great Cormorants been
exceptionally scare around the east of Port Phillip for a
year ?
